Slada broccoli low carb recipe

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch *Caulflower Steamed, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Tomato Paste, 0.2 cup Tofu, soft, 0.5 cup (1/2" cubes)
Directions
Mix all together and cook for 20 minutes without adding any water because veggie have own juice.
Add some spices and serve with chicken breast or other meat.
