1/2 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt1/2 cup Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk1 tbsp Honey1/2 cup crushed ice1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice

Blend all in a blender or smoothie maker. It tastes exactly like pumkin pie! Marvelous!
