Strawberry Protein [Meal Replacement] Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 c. Great Value Light Vanilla Yogurt14g or 2 Tablespoons of Whey Protein Powder4 large sliced and frozen strawberries (1-3/8" diameter or about 4 oz.)1 Tbs. Orange Juice Frozen Concentrate1/2 c. Milk 1%1/2 tsp. smooth peanut butter1/2 c. crushed ice*Optional: 2 tsp. Benefiber (or Equate) Fiber Powder to up the fiber 3 more grams. Add 15 calories. (Nutritional info includes this.)
Directions
Mix yogurt, OJ concentrate, peanut butter and protein powder in blender and mix well. Add milk, then drop in frozen strawberries a few pieces at a time until completely blended. Continue by adding crushed ice last. Blend until smooth.
