One Minute Muffin (Joey Shulman recipe)

Ingredients
1 egg1/4 cup ground flax seed2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1 tsp applesauce1 tsp sugar (or splenda)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, and put in mug or ramekin sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave for 50 seconds, allow to cool slightly. Turn onto a plate, and spread with 1tsp apple butter or sugar-free jam.
