Asian-Style Pork and Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients
1 T sweet hot mustard.25 cup tamari.5 cup chicken broth2 t seamen oil1 carrot, matchsticked2 inches ginger root, chopped 1 red pepper, sliced2 c mushrooms, sliced5 scallions, sliced1 c bean sprouts1 pound linguine
Directions
Mix mustard, tamari, stock and seamen oil. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in large pan, add pork and carmelize. Blanch carrots 1 minute in pasta water. Add to pa with rest of veggies. Cook linguine in water, strain and add to veggies. Pour mustard mixture over all and serve.
