1 Tbs olive oil20 oz lean ground turkey1/2 package frozen spinach1 Tbs paprika1 Tbs chili powder1 Tbs brown sugar1/4 cup fresh italian herbs or 1 Tbs dried (parsley, basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, oregano, rosemary)1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 to 1/2 cup red wine
brown turkey in olive oil with paprika, cayenne, chili powder, brown sugar and dry italian herbs. (if using fresh herbs add them in when turkey is cooked) deglaze pan with wine and let it cook off for a minute. add jar sauce and frozen rinsed spinach. simmer to taste.
