Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal1 cup rye flour ( also corn flour i use)1 TBSP sugar1 TSBP baking powder3 TBSP olive oil2 egg whites1 cup almond milk
Directions
heat oven to 400 F. combine ingredients mix well. pour onto lightly oiled 8x8 pan. bake 15 min or until done. makes 8 servings
