1 Bellpepper1/4 c. Shredded carrots3/4 c. snap peas3/4 c. fresh broccoli1/2 block tofu, extra firm1 tsp. sesame oilsoy sauce, to taste
Directions
Steam all vegetables until cooked al dente. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to taste until Asian flavor is achieved.
