Pasta Alfredo Sauce with Seafood

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter2 Tbsp cream cheese1 pint half and half1 tsp garlic powderwhite pepper to taste8-9 ounces shredded fresh parmesan cheese3 cans minced or chopped clams, drained1 pound bay scallops, cooked
Directions
Melt the butter over low heat. Add the cream cheese and break up until softened. Add half and half, then stir in garlic powder and pepper. Stir constantly over low heat for 15-20 minutes. With heat on very low, added grated cheese, and stir until all cheese is melted and well incorporated into sauce. Drain juices from seafood, and mix in. Ladle over cooked pasta.
