Home Team Raw Apple Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour1 t baking powder, 1/2 t soda, 1/2 t salt1/2 t cinnamon, 1/4 t nutmeg, 1/4 t cloves3/4 cup butter1 cup brown sugar1 egg1.5 cups peeled, diced apple1 cup oatmeal1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup pecan pieces
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together. Add spices and powders. Add egg, then flour, then apples, oatmeal, raisins, nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 36 cookies.
