1 whole wheat sandwich thin4 slices of ceter cut bacon1 egg1 thick slice of tomatosunflower sprouts or kalesalt and pepper
microwave the 4 slices of bacon with a paper toil to absorb the grease. Toast the sandwhich thin while you frie the egg and then put the cooked bacon on top of the bottom slice of the sandwich thin then place the fried egg top with the sunflower greens or kale and then add the slice of tomato salt and pepper to taste and then eat
