Vegan breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium sized banana1 medium sized apple1 medium sized carrot0.5 cup of blueberries1.5 cups of green tea1 cup of soy milk2 tbsp. of ground flax seed0.5 cup of oat meal, whole wheatcinammon to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Be sure to add fluids first. Blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups of smoothie, enough for two people (for single portion, halve ingredients).
