Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb lean turkey breast meat (99% fat free)1 cup water1 packet taco seasoning (approx 9 tsp)5 c shredded romaine lettuce.5 cup chopped red bell pepper.5 cup chopped green bell pepper.5 cup chopped scallion3/4 - 1 cup water
Directions
brown turkey in a 10" skillet until browned; add taco seasoning and water; simmer about 5 minutes.

Mix shredded romaine with chopped veggies; add turkey mixture and carefully mix all together.

Can serve with some shredded cheese on top if desired.
