Radish Scallion Salad

Radishes, 12 Scallions, raw, 7 sprigsDill weed, fresh, 2 sprigsGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp (this item is key)Salt, 1 tsp (Salt to taste -- may need more or less)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 3 tbsp
Slice the radishes thinly on the mandoline -- you can do this by hand, but it goes a lot faster and more evenly on the mandoline -- but watch your fingers. Put in bowl.
Chop the scallion into small pieces. Put in bowl.
Chop the dill, finely. Add to bowl.
Mix what's made it to the bowl so far.
Add the sugar and salt and mix again.
Add sour cream and mix. Add enough so that its creamy. Don't worry about the diet here -- embrace the crème fraise!
Serve, eat, and enjoy.
