1 6 oz can no salt added TJ's Wild Salmon3/8 cup Oats (6 Tbsp)2.5 Tbsp Skim Milk3 Tbsp Egg beaters2 Tbsp Finely chopped onion2 Tbsp finely chopped red pepper1 Tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp garlic, finely diced
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Let stand 5 minutes. Shape into 2 large or 4 medium pattes.
Lightly spray nonstick skillet with Pam. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minute sper side or until golden brown and heated through.
