CJ's Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
200grams Fresh or Frozen Raspberries200grams Preserving Sugar with pectrin
Directions
Place raspberries in pan heat until soft and juice runs (about 10 mins).
Add sugar and bring to boil.
continue to on a rolling boil until Jam sets. About 20 mins.
To test - Place small amount on a cold plate/saucer, leave in fridge for 5 mins then with finger if it wrinkles it's set.
Poor Jam into clean hot preserving jars....
