Ingredients
orzospinachgrape tomatoesdiced onioncelery saltchicken broth, low sodium
Directions
boil spinach and onion in chicken broth for 5 minutes
add orzo and cook according to pkg directions
drain any leftover broth and cool orzo mixture by stirring
add remaining ingredients and chill
