GV Penne Rigate 3/4 cup (56g) dry, 8 serving(remove)Baby Carrots 3oz., 3 serving(remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)Garlic, 1 tsp(remove)Salt, 1 tsp(remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp(remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp(remove)Paprika, 1 tsp(remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup(remove)Chicken of the sea tuna in oil, 4 serving(remove)Bay Leaf, 3 leaves.
Boil Pasta with 1 tsp salt.
Boil baby carrots in 1 cup of water until tender, blend the carrots until a sauce is form.
Sautee choped onions, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin, and bay leaves, add the carrots sauce and the tomato sauce cook for a few minutes and add the tuna.
Pour the sauce over pasta and serve.
Serving Size: 6 Servings
