Ingredients
fresh corn on cob half & halfbutter, unsaltedsugarsalt & pepper
Directions
cut corn from cob and milk cob. melt butter in hot skillet. add corn and saute till starts to turn golden. pour in milk. add sugar, salt, and pepper. bring to boil. reduce heat to low. simmer to reduce and thicken cream.stir occasionally while reducing. this will take about 30-45 min. depending on your desired consistency.
