Girlfriend Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
Directions
~ mozzarella about 1 oz (sliced 2/3 in) ~ Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped (enough to season not to overwhelm)~ Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice (1/3 in)~ Bread, mixed-grain (2 slices)
Place one slice on grill (pan, George foreman, ect)
Load on the cheese
Sprinkle on the chopped chives
place slice of tomato on top
Cover with second Slice of Bread
Leave on heat until cheese starts to melt
Flip (Or leave if on a double sided heat source)
Once cheese is melty remove from heat
Allow to cool so as to not burn but still warm.
Serve alone or with your favorite tomato soup!
