Quick and Easy Chicken Chili

Ingredients
-1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained-1 can chili magic-1 can stewed tomatos-1 10 oz. package mixed veggies, warmed first-1 slice of 2 % cheese melted on top of each bowl
Directions
-warm frozen precooked chicken breasts in microwave
-warm frozen veggies in microwave
-pour all ingredients in a big pot
-cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
-scoop out about 1 1/2 cups into a bowl
-top with 1 oz. low-fat cheese
-Enjoy!
