Turkey meatballs

Ingredients

1 lbs lean ground turkey, 1/2 medium onion- finely chopped , 1 slice of bread, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, marinara sauce of choice
1. mix all ingredients in a bowl, but
2. tip - you can moisten the bread in milk or a little water to make it easier to break into the mixture
3. shape into 15-22 meatballs
4. sear in a non-stick pan
5. add marinara sauce
6. reduce heat and simmer covered for at least 20 minutes, this will make meatballs more juicy
