Low Carb Baking Mix

Ingredients
Almond flour, oat flour, all purpose flour, vital wheat gluten.
Directions
Pulse almonds 1/4 at a time in blender until finely ground, use flour sifter to separate chunks.
Oats into blender, sift as well.
Add gluten
Add AP flour
Combine well and use as a base for low carb cooking.

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups of mix
