Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs beef chuck, cut in 1 inch cubes, or stew meat3 Tbs white flour2 cloves garlic, minced3-4 small to medium potatoes, cut in wedges1 medium onion, cut in large pieces2 large celery stalks, sliced (include some of the greens)10-20 whole baby carrots8 oz beer1/2 cup waterSea saltPepper1 cup frozen peasDried parsley
Directions
Place the uncooked beef in a large crock pot. Sprinkle with the flour and toss to coat. Arrange the beef in the middle of the crock pot and distribute the garlic on top. Arrange the vegetables, except for the peas, around the beef.

Add the beer and water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your tastes. Cook on low setting for 8 hours.

When finished, add the peas and stir. Sprinkle with parsley. Turn off crock pot and let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
