Italian Bread

Ingredients
1 cup warm water1/2 tablespoon salt1/2 tablespoon sugar1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil2 3/4 cup bread flour1 teaspoon dry yeast
Directions
Mix in bread machine in this order: water, sugar, salt, oil, flour, make an indentation and add yeast. Process on dough setting.

Remove from machine and shape into an Italian loaf and put on sheet or, more simply, pat into a greased bread loaf pan. Let rise 45 minutes or so until doubled.

Bake at 425* for 25 minutes or until nicely browned. Rub top of hot loaf lightly with margarine, remove from pan and cool on rack.

I am calculating 14 slices but that depends on the thickness of your slice.
