Delicious! I use 1% milk and only make 1/2 recipe.
With the remaining pumpkin I want to freeze 1 or 2 Tbsp in ice cube trays. That way I can take out a cube at a time for a quick pumpkin spice latte any time of year. - 10/10/13

I made this with a double shot of espresso instead of regular coffee, & about a cup of 2% milk instead of soy, and it was very good. I made my own pumpkin pie spice with 1 tsp ea cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice & 1/2 tsp cloves. I also froze some pumpkin/spice "lumps" - still good a week later :) - 9/29/13

Yes indeed, this did hit the spot. I too have been resisting the urge for a pumpkin latte, but to me the calories are not worth it, plus they are too sweet for me. This one is perfect and the spices and the sweetener can be increased or decreased to suit any taste. Thank you for posting! - 9/30/14

My daughter is visiting me this weekend, so I made it for her and we both loved the taste. I've never had something like this before, so it was truly a treat that doesn't go to your hips! - 9/29/13

I liked it and will make it again. What I did was heat up the almond milk and add instant coffee to that, to taste. I added a couple tablespoons of half and half. I'll make it again tomorrow because it's October 1. - 10/4/15
