Baked Southwest Egg Rolls

Ingredients
1 package egg roll wrappers1 15 oz. can red kidney beans1 15 oz can corn1 6 oz can mushrooms1 12-16 oz. jar salsa3 oz low fat shredded cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown turkey, drain. Drain all vegetables. Mix all ingredients together.
Scoop 1/4 Cup of mixture into each wrapper. Roll, wet end with water. Spray pan with non-stick spray. lay egg rolls in pan and spray the top of them. bake for 10-15 minutes until browned, turn over and bake another 10-12 minutes.
