Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats3/4 cup sprouts low fat pumpkin granola + 1/4 cup gingersnap1/8 cup light brown sugar packed1/8 cup coconut sugar (or less)1/4 cup honey3 sloppy TBS coconut oil1/3 cup craisins infused with apple juice2 prunes, diced1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Heat honey, sugar, oil on stove med high

mix oats and granola together, mix into pot once honey, sugar, and oil have melted

add vanilla, cinnamon, craisins, prunes and mix making sure to coat all the oats well

line square glass plan with parchment and squish into pan, fridge till set and cut into 9 bars.
