Ingredients
1 c Turnip (chopped)1 c Carrot (chopped)1/2 c parsnip (chopped)4 c cabbage (chopped)1 c parsley (chopped)1/4 c chicken soup starter1 c dried bean soup mix2 litres water1 tbsp garlic or to taste1 tbsp black pepper or to taste
Directions
put all ingredients into a crock pot on high for 6 hours
or on low for 8 hours




Serving Size: makes 8 3-cup servings (large bowl of soup)
