Pitman Beef & Onion pie (1 serving = 1/8 pie)

1.75 lbs NY Sirloin2 Carrots1 Onion3 Mushrooms1.5 Cups beef brothRutabaga (.85 lbs)2 TBSP Minced garlic1 TBSP olive oil2 TBSP tomato paste1 lb frozen peas2 pie crust (store bought, roll out)
1. Mix beef and vegetables and brown with oil
2. Add in most other ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes
3. Take off burner and mix in mushrooms and frozen peas
4. Spoon into pie crust
5. Add top pie crust
6. Bake for 40 minutes at 400
7. Remove and enjoy!
