Couscous and Shrimp Wrap

Ingredients
2 flour tortillas (though wheat may make it a bit healthier)Half tsp minced garlic1/4 cup chopped onionRoughly 4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantroHalf cup diced tomato (I used canned diced as it was all I had)20 small shrimp2 tbsp salsa1 cup cooked plain couscous
Directions
In medium fry pan, cook garlic, onion, cilantro and tomato til onion begins to soften. Add shirmp cooking til done.

In sauce pan cook couscous. (Usually 1/3 cup uncooked to 1/2 cup water omitting oil or butter)

Put 1/2 cup cooked couscous on each tortilla, then 1 tbsp salsa, 10 shrimp and divid onion and tomato mixture between the 2. Roll like a buritto and enjoy!
