Tofu Stir-Fry With Brown Rice

- Extra Firm or Firm Tofu, cubed (6.5 oz)- Natural Brown Rice (2 cups)- Bird's Eye Broccoli Stir- Fry Frozen Vegetables ( 4 cups )- Sesame Seeds ( 1 tbsp )- Garlic Powder ( 2 tbsp )- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce ( .5 cups, optional )
-Drain and squeeze water from tofu
-Add sesame seeds and soy sauce into bowl and marinate tofu. ( optional: add garlic powder, ginger, brown sugar)
-Follow directions on rice box for rice and add garlic powder, set aside
-On medium high heat up pot of oil ( 1/2 cup)
- Slowly add tofu to oil and cook until golden, set aside on paper towels
- Add Stir fry vegetables to pan on medium high heat cook 9-10 minutes.
-Combine tofu, vegetables and brown rice together.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
