Mega Veggie & Ground Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 1/2 Onion6 cloves of garlic1 1/2 Zuchinni12oz Green Beans1 bunch of Broccoli2 Bell Peppers (Red & Yellow)1 Jalepeno9 Tomatoes1 lb Ground Turkey (could probably use 2 for meatier chili)3 cups boiled Green Cabbage12oz Peas3 cans Vegetable Broth6 tblsp Chili powder (or add/decrease by taste)
Directions
saute veggies in olive oil, cook ground turkey, then mix all in a large pot. Add 3 cans of veggie broth and then bring to a boil. Turn to low and simmer for 1hour.
