Ingredients
1 lb of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of red, green, orange and yellow papers, 4 stalks of celery, 1/2 med. onion, 2eggs, 1/2 c bread crumbs, 1/2 c mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder,1 tomatoe
Directions
Put ground turkey, eggs,bread crumbs in large bowl, take all veggies, mushrooms and throw throw them in food processor (or chop them med.) Add it all in with the turkey mix and SMOOSH it all together. Place the mixture in a covered pan or roaster @350 for 45-60 min
