Made it for my family and tood leftovers to work. Loved by all. Did not change a thing. Served over rice but served leftovers on tortilla with cheese and sour cream. Yum. - 5/16/10

This recipe rocks! My husband even said it was exceptional. Anything that my 15 yr. old son will eat has got to be good and he went back for seconds. - 11/5/08

This pleased everyone, except my very picky three-year-old. The kids went back for seconds!!! My husband's only comment was 'it was good, but it could have been spicier.' - 3/7/12

so easy and SO delicious! Took 5 mintes prep time and I even used frozen chicken breasts (I always forget to thaw ahead of time). Took the advice of another user and served on tortillas. This one is going in my menu planner rotation! - 10/21/11

The chicken was super tender. Served it over Fancy Rice. Didn't have canned corn so used frozen corn. Hard to please family member even liked it! YUM! - 9/16/11

Made this last night and it was great! Today I used another users idea of eating leftovers on a whole grain tortilla and that was great too! Will definitely make again - 3/22/11

Do you cut up the chicken or leave the breasts whole? - 11/7/10
