Paleo lasagna

Ingredients
1tbsp olive oil1 cup onions, chopped1 cup mushrooms, chopped1 lb. ground turkey1 tsp. salt1 tbsp. ground pepper1 tbsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. onion powder1 tbsp. basil2 large zucchini thinly sliced1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce8 oz of mozzarella cheese16 oz ricotta cheese1 egg
Directions
Heat the olive oil. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the olive oil until browned. Add the ground turkey and salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and basil and saute until the turkey is fully cooked. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the egg. In a 9x13 pan, place a layer of thinly sliced zucchini, then a layer of the meat and onion mixture, 1/2 of the ricotta cheese, and some of the mozzarella cheese ending with a layer of spaghetti sauce. Make another layer again--zucchini, meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce. Finish the lasagna with a layer of zucchini, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 mins until hot, bubbly and the cheese is melted.
