Creamy chicken taco Slow cooker mix

Ingredients
1 Big can of Tomato puree (13 Servings)4-5 lbs chicken breast, no bone, no skin1 Can each of Reduced sodium-chick peas, dark kidney and pinto1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning1 can reduced sodium & 98% fat free cream of chicken
Directions
Rinse and drain all three cans of beans
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker
Place taco seasoning on the chicken directly
Then beans over the sauce and chicken
Mix tomato puree and can of cream of chicken together in a bowl, then pour over chicken
Cover, cook and enjoy!
