Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 cup Oats1 large Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract5 tsp (or 2 packets) stevia in the raw 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon A dash or pinch of Salt3 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond (or what you have),
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg. Mix all wet ingredients together and stir. Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl and stir. Then mix all ingredients together until mixed thoroughly and slightly thick. Spray the pan with oil or butter. Pour into muffin pan about 1/2 full. Cooks for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 7 muffins depending on size.
