1 cup Strawberries, frozen, 1/2 Banana, fresh, sliced 6-8 oz Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry (or any flavor)8 oz Flavored Water, any flavor1 cup Ice
Add Ice, frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, and flavored water to a blender. Blend until smooth, pour in a glass a serve immediately. If smoothie is too thick add extra water.
