1 Cup egg substitute (Egg Beaters)1 Large Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (32oz)3/4 cup Oat Bran
Spray a griddle or frying pan with a little Pam or other cooking spray. Spoon 3 Tablespoons of mixture on to surface and cook until "bubbly". Flip and continue cooking for about a minute.
