Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 cups white flour2.5 cups whole wheat flour3 tsp baking soda6 tsp baking powder2 cups granulated sugar0.5 cup canola or vegetable oil1800 grams (about 4 pounds) ripe bananas
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Peel and beat bananas with mixer in another bowl, adding sugar to help the bananas dissolve. Mix in oil and combine with dry ingredients.

Bake for about 12 minutes at 400. Makes 36 muffins.
