Ingredients
2 cup onion chopped Bell Pepper, Red - Chopped, 2 cupGarlic chopped (fresh, raw, 5 clove)*Chopped tomatoes in tomato juice, 907 gram(s) Can tomato Paste 1*Water, Filtered, 4 cup *Cumin (ground), 5 tsp *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup *Cannelini Beans, 1.5 cup
Directions
water stir fry onion and garlic/ boil water add turkey cook done, skim off any visible fat floating, add all to turkey pot , boil, reduce to simmer 15-20 minutes
