Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 14 3/4 oz can red salmon (drain,clean & flake with fork)2 T lemon Juice1 1/2 T dijon mustard1/4 c dry panko breadcrumbs1/2 c finely diced onion or little less3 egg whites1 tsp Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper
Directions
clean all dark part and skin off the salmon, flake and add rest of the ingredients. Mix and make 4 patties. Spray pan lightly with olive oil and fry on both sides until golden brown 3 to 5 min a side
