Turkey Artichoke Panini

Ingredients
*Whole wheat tortilla (1)*1/3 less fat cream cheese (neufachtel) (1oz)*Frozen (or fresh) spinach (5 oz)*Parmesan Cheese (2 tbsp)*Sara Lee Turkey (4 slices)
Directions
Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla, layer spinach and parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese. Top with turkey. I found the easiest way to make is to fold in half, and use a grill press in a saute pan to cook each side to warm through. You can also use george foreman grill or panini press.
