Ingredients
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 8 cups or two quarts. I used my own home canned.*bean red kidney, 2 cups. I prepared these myself earlier, just cooked with water, then froze in 2 cup packages.Williams mild chili beans, 455 gram or 2 cans*95/5 ultra lean ground pork, 2 lbs*green pepper fresh raw, 0.5 cup or one small chopped*Large Onion Raw, diced fine1/2 t Spice select Southwest Sizzle Seasoning or to taste1/4 t cumin2 t chili powder1 t paprika1/4 t oregano1/2 t basil1/4 t ground mustard seed1 T parsley flakessalt substitutepepper
Directions
brown ground pork (or beef) with onion, green pepper, cumin, oregano, 1/4 t basil, mustard, parsely, salt and pepper.

In large crock pot, stir together tomatoes, beans, and rest of seasoning.

When meat is browned and cooked through, add to crock pot. Add additional salt or substitute and pepper, chili pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes eight 1 1/2 cup servings
