Honey Glazed Acorn Squash

Ingredients
1 medium acorn squash2 tbsp cup light butter1/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/8 cup of honey1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Place squash cut side down in a baking dish. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until squash is tender.

Combine all ingredients, blending well. Turn squash right-side up in baking dish and fill cavities with sauce. Be sure to spoon some sauce over tops and sides of squash. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 pieces which are cut in half for 4 Servings
