Mini Parmesan Cheese Crisps with Smucker's Sugar Free Apricot and Strawberry Preserves.

Ingredients
1/4 cup Kraft Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese (NOTE the powder kind)1 tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Apricot Preserves with Splenda1 tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with SplendaYou will also need a standard muffin pan and mini muffin pan.
Directions
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350.

User a standard size silicone muffin pan or standard size muffin tin lined with parchment or waxed paper.

Divided the Parmesan cheese into 4 muffin wells, about one tbsp each, making sure the Parmesan is spread out on the bottom evenly.

Bake for 6 - 8 minutes until the cheese is melted and browning on the edges.

Once cheese is melted and browned, let cool for just a minute and then carefully remove from pan and place inside a mini muffin well to form the mini cup before the cheese sets.

Once the cheese has set and holds the mini cup shape, remove from pan and add 1/2 tbsp of your favorite Smucker's Sugar Free Preserves.
