Low carb/high protein Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup Splenda - No calorie sweetener 1 serving = 1 packet = 2 tsp, 6 serving Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Drop walnut-size balls onto a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350f for 10 minutes - check progress after 8 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes then remove them to a cooling rack.
