Ingredients
7 pounds ground beef2 cups salsa104 ounces chili beans3 poundscrushed tortilla chips3 pounds sour cream2 cups black olives2 cups chopped green onion3 cups chopped tomato 3 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
brown ground beef, Add beans and salsa and heat until warm. Layer in a steam table pan with chips on bottom,beef mixture next, sour cream, olives, onion, and tomato. After baking 25 minutes top with cheese and bake 5 minutes to melt cheese
