Egg and Veggie Omlet

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Egg white, 1 serving (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo (remove)Romano Cheese, .5 oz (remove)Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Spray fry pan with no-stick spray. Saute veggies, until crisp tender, add egg & additional egg white, cook until eggs appear to be set then finish cooking under broiler. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings
